Can we return and change the product?


Yes, ABSOLUTE offers return service and change for all the products. But, please, read carefully the “return conditions”.


Which are the return conditions?


The product must be brand new and in an unworn condition. The product should be in the original packaging and include the dust bags and extra laces.


How can I return a product?


To send the merchandise back,

  • 1) Notify of your return to returns@absolutebespoke.com specifying the reason.
  • 2) Then package and seal the product preferably in the original packaging, along with the invoice that you received with the parcel and please specify that is a return in the invoice.
  • 3) Send it by regular mail to the address shown on the delivery note or invoice. After receiving the return, the new order will be issued on the first or working day, Monday through Friday. Please pay for the shipping when you sent the package.

ABSOLUTE won’t accept any unpaid deliveries.


How long do I have to return an item?


All returns must be made within 20 days from the date of receiving the order.


Should I pay the return?


ABSOLUTE is responsible for the costs of the shipping from our store to your selected destiny for orders over 170 eur and you have to bear with the cost from your home to our store.


What happens if the return is attributable to ABSOLUTE BESPOKE?


If you have received a defective item or the wrong item, ABSOLUTE will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses, if applicable.

Can I return MTO pairs or pairs that have been modify by the costumer request (metal cap toe, rubber spay…)?

No, ABSOLUTE won’t accept any exchange on preorders or customized products.  Unless it is for reasons attributable to Absolute.

ABSOLUTE reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
